This is Adobe's one place to maintain our digital pics. Below are the main features provided by them.

• Upload - You will have 2 GB (which is less I guess) space limit but no shrinking of pics.
  
• Organize - You can tag each and every pic.
  
• Edit - this allows all basic editing like crop, rotate, sketch, decorate, add text
  
• Share - you can transfer your pics to one your favorite photo sharing sites like facebook, flickr, picasa, etc.

Remember The Milk

It is a cool online tool to maintain your to-do lists and can manage your tasks by integrating it to google calendar as well. You can also email your tasks to it, simple isn't?
